Thomas F. Leonard, PresidentTom started the company in 1982, on quality installations
and excellent customer service. This priority is alive and well today
and covers all aspects of the company: service calls,
system design and administration.
Lifetime Workmanship WarrantyTeam AVS warranties the quality and craftsmanship of its work for the lifetime of the installation. This goes far beyond the actual product warranty. In an industry where focus has been lost on the actual quality of work, we are not only committed to quality but stand behind it for a lifetime.
Employee Awards and Incentive ProgramsTeam AVS has developed some of the most innovative and creative employee recognition programs in any industry. When an employee receives a letter from a customer for outstanding service, the letter is read at the staff meeting, then framed and placed on the "Wall of Fame." The employee receives a dinner for four people compliments of Team AVS as a reward. Last year ten AVS employees were involved in more than 22 different events and programs in addition to the "Wall of Fame." We feel that this is a major reason we have virtually no turnover and at the same time, our customers are blessed with the same highly trained, experienced technicians year after year.
Free Loaner EquipmentTeam AVS has invested over $300,000.00 in loaner equipment. If a device can not be repaired in the field, our technician will install a loaner device until the unit can be repaired. This is especially important with digital recorders because when a digital recorder fails, the live view, switching and recording capabilities are lost. It is critical that your partnering integrator provide loaner equipment.

The council is comprised
of a variety of Team AVS customers who serve a two-year term. The council also consists of Team AVS
employees from each department. The group meets once a year to discuss how Team AVS can improve services
to both internal and external customers. Many of Team AVS creative services and solutions are a direct
