The Service Department is responsible for in-field repairs and ongoing system maintenance for your electronic security products. Our focus is total customer satisfaction. Our goal is to keep your security system online with very minimal down time. We achieve this by ensuring all our technicians are factory- trained and equipped with the tools and equipment needed to maintain your security system.
Service Fleet
Team AVS has a local fleet of 5 Service vans and a 30 ft bucket truck to provide timely service response. The service trucks are stocked with replacement parts and with loaner equipment to leave in place if repairs to the system can’t be made in the field.
