Team AVS has made a conscious decision to be selective in the number and type of customers that it services. We do not over commit our resources. We do not have a large marketing or advertising budget rather we invest our financial resources in our employees. We believe that if we keep our employees happy they will keep our customers happy and our customers will spread the word for us.

Our company philosophy is fourfold:

  1. Service: Provide fast and effective service response. Our service vans are stocked with spare parts and loaner equipment. By having a factory trained service technician respond and have the parts needed with him the system downtime will be minimal.

  2. Installations: Provide a realistic installation schedule for new work. All new projects are reviewed by the project manager and the salesperson. This process allows the customer’s expectations to be reviewed prior to staging the job. It also ensures that the correct equipment is ordered the first time. We have found that if we spend the time to review the projects early in the process, the installation will go smoothly and the schedule will be met.

    Communications is a crucial area and one that is constantly reviewed and monitored at Team AVS. When a new job is booked our installation coordinator sends an email to the customer stating when the installation will begin. As the date gets closer a reminder email goes out to the customer reminding them of the installation start date. Once the installation starts our installation coordinator will send a daily email by 9am stating what was done the previous day and where the installers will be working next. We have found this communication to be very beneficial to our customers.

  3. Sales: Provide fast and accurate proposals for new work. Our sales team is made up of technically minded personal. Most have come from the field and have done installations themselves. By having “techies” writing the proposals we can produce more accurate proposals the first time.

  4. Administration: An important part of our customer service is provided by our back office staff. We have made a concerted effort to send out accurate invoices the first time. By sending an accurate invoice we don’t waste your time having to correct the invoice.
