If equipment should ever fail, we take great pride in providing you with 24-hour extreme service, so your system downtime is reduced to the minimum. If we must remove your equipment for off-site service, we will install free "loaner" equipment from our inventory.

     Then came Fathers Day 2001. Our building was struck by lightning, a lightning strike so severe even off line-unplugged computers were destroyed. We had no fire "Thank God" but every electrical system we had was affected. We called you folks the next day for service and that afternoon you replaced equipment in our facility, we worked with your sales department to replace what was necessary, we upgraded to equipment that our local police department could only wish for.
